Where The Soul Is

While the Internet is rushing toward specialization, my goal is to express a variety of topics. That's because I believe the whole is bigger than the sum of its parts. That's where the soul is.
That's true of people, America, health, and the Bible. I want this to be a place where you can find a fellow human soul in the midst of everything here.


I'm not always going to write from my own perspective because I value the gifts and experiences of others. I learned recently, my wife, Linda, has a journal with lists of things she likes and dislikes. She will carefully open it, smiling the whole time, and share things with me. There's something sweet in that I don't have words for. I look forward to sharing some lists with you. I already have her permission. 


I started this blog with a holistic approach, then I fractured different subjects off into specialized blogs including: www.americaisallofus.com; www.dansfaithjournal; and, www.danshealthreview. I merged them all back together yesterday and will discontinue those three blogs in about a week. You probably noticed I have advertising here. I started this blog when I was unemployed. Let me know if the advertising is too distracting or inappropriate and I'll try to do something about it. God bless. Christ is all and in all.
